The name Prophet Coaching is intentional — and personal.
The name Cassandra traces back to Greek mythology: a prophet gifted with foresight, clarity, and the courage to speak what others could sense but not yet name. The tragedy was never her insight — it was that people weren’t always ready to hear it.
Coaching gave that instinct a discipline. In the early years, as the nascent coaching industry was just beginning to take shape, I began my formal path. What felt unconventional then has since become foundational: leaders don’t need to be told what to do — they need space, clarity, and truth to become who they already are.
Prophet Coaching is the natural evolution of that path.
